MasEase Terms & Coniditions

By accessing and using MasEase ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

MasEase provides AI-powered business management tools for service professionals, including inbox management, calendar scheduling, notifications, analytics, and payment processing capabilities.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, or insider trading.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and fees with reasonable notice.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MasEase and its licensors.

In no event shall MasEase be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of contract conclusion for digital services.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
